Depending on your location, we offer several transportation options:
• Personal Pickup – We always welcome families who would like to visit and pick up their puppy in person.
• Ground Transportation – Our trusted pet transport partners provide climate-controlled travel with regular care stops and updates throughout the journey.
• Flight Nanny Service – For many families, this is the preferred option. Your puppy travels in the cabin of the aircraft with a dedicated flight nanny rather than in cargo. Throughout the trip, your puppy receives one-on-one care, and you’ll receive photos and updates until your new companion is safely in your arms.
We understand that purchasing a puppy online requires trust. That’s why we maintain open communication from the day you reserve your puppy until the day they arrive home. We provide photos, videos, travel updates, and are always available to answer any questions you may have.

How Our Puppy Delivery Process Works
Choose Your Puppy
Select your preferred Golden Retriever or Labrador Retriever puppy and confirm the puppy’s availability.
Health Check & Preparation
Before delivery, the puppy is checked by a veterinarian and prepared for travel. This includes ensuring the puppy is healthy, properly fed, and has the required vaccinations and documentation for its journey.
Delivery Planning
We arrange transportation based on your location within Australia and provide you with the expected delivery date and relevant travel information.
Safe Transportation
The puppy travels using an appropriate pet-transport method designed to prioritize its safety, comfort, ventilation, food, water, and necessary rest.
Delivery Updates
You receive updates about the puppy’s journey so you can follow the delivery progress and prepare for arrival.
Arrival & Handover
Once the puppy reaches the agreed delivery location, it is safely handed over to the new owner or authorized recipient.
After Delivery
We recommend allowing the puppy time to settle into its new environment, providing fresh water, appropriate food, a comfortable sleeping area, and plenty of rest.
